• Are there museums near the Relais?
• By foot guests can can reach the Museum Stibbert, which hosts unique collections of exotic and applied arts, such as armour, porcelains and antique costumes. The grounds of the museum provides a peaceful setting to enjoy an afternoon stroll, with statues on display.


• What time is the check-in and check-out?
  
• Check-in: 12.00 PM
  Check-out: 7.00 PM
  Before check-in and after check-out, guests can use our free luggage deposit.


• Can I check-in after 12.00 PM?
  
• Yes, our reception is open 24 hours and ready to welcome you.
  Please, let us know if arrive after 5.00 PM.

• Cancellation and charges
• The credit card details are held only to secure the reservation , payment to be done upon departure. For cancellations done after 72 hours prior to arrival, reservations are subject to the charge of the 1st night. For no shows as well as the charge of the 1st night the hotel will not guarantee the booking for the remaining nights. Beforehand departures the management will reserve the right to charge at least 1 night of stay.

• Yes, our staff is at complete disposal to book tickets for the main museums and tour in Florence, as well as for personalized tours of Tuscany.

• Yes, small pets are allowed on request, at no extra charge.

• There are many public car parks all around the Relais, at the cost of 1,00 €/h from 8 am till 8 pm.
